Construction of Phase II, Ring spinning plant, is moving forward! Phase II broke ground in February of 2017 and anticipates production to begin in May of 2018. This second facility in Indian Land, SC is designed with a production line of 70,000 spindles of ring spun yarn, cover KPRS and CPRS, slub, core spun yarn, count range from Ne6 to Ne40. Equipped with the most advanced machinery, this plant will create a capacity up to 770,000 lbs per week. We are recruiting for this brand new facility! The ring spun facility joins our phase I plant, which began operation in February of 2015. The first phase currently produces 1,100,000 lbs of yarn per week. Phase III and IV will be designed with cotton synthetic blend spun yarn, and anticipate the ground breaking in 2019.
